How We Hire

  1. 1st call to understand the role and specific needs. Usually with the person the team member will report to directly.

  2. Screening and interviews.

  3. We send 3-5 recommendations for the client to interview and choose.

  4. You are welcome to put these people through a certain skill test and if they pass, it is time to hire!

  5. Process normally takes 4 weeks.

  6. We will follow up with both sides to check if everything is working fine.

  7. If your assistant is not performing, we will find a replacement.
